Returns

Swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, beauty products, or last call items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Simply Maddyn will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags.  Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.  

  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless there was a shipping error or damage to an item.

After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your store credit.  Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from our receipt of your item to process your return.  We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
